Christi Geisinger is a CIAC-certified coach with over 15 years of experience developing softball players at every level. A U.S. Air Force veteran of the Gulf War, she brings discipline, preparation, and a team-first approach to the Diamonds staff.

Madi Vera

Coach, 12U & Feeder Program · Bay Path University Graduate

An East Hartford native and Bay Path University graduate, Madi was named the 2025 USCAA Softball Player of the Year after a standout career for the Wildcats — playing utility and shortstop before moving primarily to the outfield. She's back on home turf, coaching the next generation of Diamond Club athletes.

Caroline Austin

Assistant Coach, 12U · Bay Path University Graduate

A West Hartford native and Bay Path University graduate, Caroline was a four-time USCAA All-American and team captain as a second baseman/utility player for the Wildcats — earning Second Team honors three years running before closing her senior season with Honorable Mention All-American and academic honors.

Alison Rossi

Founder · Feeder Program Director · Central Connecticut State University

A former Division I softball player at Central Connecticut State University, Alison founded Diamond Club after stepping in to coach a team of girls left without a program — and grew it into a national title-winning organization. She also owns Clubhouse 220, the club's home training facility in East Hartford.

Kennedy Morris

Feeder Program Coach · Franklin Pierce University

A Stafford, Conn. native, Kennedy is a pitcher for Franklin Pierce University, helping lead the Ravens to their first-ever national ranking. A two-time NE10 Academic honoree, she brings a pitcher's eye for the details to Diamond Club's youngest athletes.

Madison Tessmer

Feeder Program Coach · Bay Path University Graduate

A Bay Path University infielder and two-time USCAA All-American Honorable Mention, Madison helped the Wildcats compete at the Softball Small College World Series. She joins the feeder staff to give Diamond Club's youngest players the same fundamentals-first coaching.

Adriana Quealy

Feeder Program Coach · University of Saint Joseph Graduate

An East Hartford High School alum and 2024 University of Saint Joseph graduate, where she pitched and played infield for the Blue Jays. She assists with training in the Diamonds feeder program.
