We review every application carefully. We’re not just looking at your daughter’s skill level — we’re looking for families who fit how we operate. If you’re not sure yet, attend a clinic first. There’s no pressure.
Before you apply — make sure this fits
This is a fit if your family:
- Is committed to year-round development
- Values the team over individual stats
- Trusts the coaching staff
- Wants genuine development — not just playing time
- Is in it for the long game
This is not a fit if:
- Playing time is the primary focus
- Your daughter is just starting the game
- You prefer a lower-commitment program
- You’re not open to coaching feedback
